MK Probuilder LLC works with residential, hospitality and commercial clients across the United States. The work runs from single family houses through to hotel interiors and apartment portfolios measured in buildings rather than rooms.
Our international perspective brings fresh ideas, diverse inspirations and innovative solutions into every project. We blend culture, architecture and modern construction methods to create results that stand out.

The same crew that takes a boarded up house back to liveable also runs exterior facade work across twenty seven apartment buildings. The method does not change with the size of the job.
Before and after
Two derelict houses on one street in Birmingham, both boarded up and clad in brick patterned asphalt siding that was coming away in sheets. Both were stripped, re clad and handed back finished. Move each one between its two states.
Boarded at the porch openings, bare dirt to the street, and brick patterned asphalt siding failing across the whole elevation.
Clad in grey lap siding with the original brick painted, the porch opened back up and the beds planted. The gable vent and the roof brackets were kept.
The second house, with its salvaged brick stacked against the wall and the asphalt siding coming off in sheets.
Re clad, the corner pier painted and the entry steps rebuilt where the rubble had been stacked.
The finish
Stone run wall to wall, a backsplash lit from under the cabinets, panel moulding cut and mitred on site. The rooms people actually stand in.

Whole property work, inside and out. The Birmingham houses below were taken from boarded up and derelict to finished and occupied.

Work measured in buildings rather than rooms. Fifteen at Remington, twenty seven facades at McGregor Village.
